Curro Holdings seeks to appoint a Learn to Swim Coach (part-time) at Curro Edenvale in Germiston to commence duties in January 2026
The LTS Instructor / Swimming Coach is responsible for coaching and developing swimming squads across all phases, ensuring the effective delivery of swimming programmes. The role contributes to program growth, excellence in coaching, and maintains the highest standards of safety, learning, and sport development.

Key Performance Areas
In-depth knowledge of various swimming methodologies and techniques
Ability to coach pre-primary, primary, and high school squads
Program development and growth skills (designing effective swimming programmes)
Capability to coach both LTS programmes and competitive squads within the club
Teamwork, organisation, and clear communication skills
Proactive approach to professional development; willingness to learn and stay current with latest techniques and trends
Strong time-management and planning skills
Commitment to safety, with first aid and CPR certification
Clear criminal record
Qualifications, experience and skills:
SSA LTS (Learn to Swim) Certificate
Grade 12 (NQF 4)
Valid Driver's License
Level 1 First Aid and valid CPR Certificate
SSA Level 1 Coaching Certificate
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a LTS Instructor or Swimming Coach

Program development and growth skills (designing effective swimming programmes)
