In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming rental leads, helping to spark meaningful conversations and set the tone for an amazing customer journey.

What You Will Do:

• Contact and qualify rental leads generated via our marketing channels.
• Create rapport quickly and confidently over the phone with clients.
• Provide accurate info and pass on high-quality leads to on-site teams.
• Track lead performance using our CRM and help optimize conversion.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and client care to improve outreach strategy.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles (i.e. needs analysis and establishing trust).

Minimum requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 minimum.
• Degree in relevant field will be advantageous (business/marketing).
• PPRA FFC (NQF Level 4 Real Estate) will be advantangeous.
• 2 years experience in insurance call centre.
• 2 years experience in property sales or rentals will be advantageous.
