To drive the success of lead generation and conversion initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality leads that are both timely and valid. This involves making rapid first contact with potential clients and conducting thorough initial screening to assess lead viability. The role also encompasses the execution and management of targeted lead campaigns that support business growth and retention objectives.

Minimum Requirements



Education:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:




Minimum 2 years' experience in the Financial services Industry. 1-2 years working experience in a similar environment (preferred) Proven ability to drive the leads distribution process from plan to close

Knowledge and Skills:




Knowledge of customer experience techniques Knowledge of Financial institutions (advantageous) FAIS and FICA knowledge (advantageous) Experience within a Sales environment

Duties and Responsibilities



Manage leads generated from various campaigns with speed and precision, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively Foster strong, enduring relationships with customers by engaging meaningfully and understanding their needs Execute assigned tasks and deliver work outputs with accuracy and timeliness Resolve all lead-related queries and contribute to smooth and efficient value chain operations Maintain and update process documentation to keep it relevant and aligned with current practices Compile and prepare reports to support business insights and decision-making * Accurately capture and update call outcomes in the system for follow-up or closure, ensuring detailed records of all member interactions are maintained
