We are partnering with a leading Pan-African Technology & Telecommunications Giant, specifically within their Software Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a massive organization transitioning from a traditional telco to a digital platform business. You will be joining a high-performance environment dedicated to building innovative digital products that serve millions of users across the continent.
Profile for Success
- Evidence of Execution: A portfolio demonstrating 5-6+ years of specific UI/UX experience where you have led the design of complex software products from ideation to launch.
- Technical Fluency: Advanced mastery of Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and a working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to speak the language of developers.
- Agile Native: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum squads, utilizing tools like Jira/Confluence to manage workflows.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience not just drawing screens, but defining user journeys, personas, and information architecture.
