Job Description

Job Summary
Lead the structural design process from concept to completion for high-rise and low-rise building projects
Develop and review detailed designs, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with international standards
Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines
Oversee the preparation of design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering and draughting team
Skills & Experience:
8-10 years' experience in structural engineering, with strong hands-on design exposure
Proven expertise in reinforced concrete and structural steel design
Excellent knowledge of building codes and standards
Proficient in structural analysis and design software, including ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Excel
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and guiding projects
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Qualification:
BTech, BSc Eng, or BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's advantageous)
PrEng registration or close to obtaining it
