E2 Investments is seeking a highly motivated, strategically minded and experienced professional to take on the Lead Strategy, Planning & Organisational Performance role. The individual will drive and lead the implementation of the organisation's strategic projects. The role involves managing project implementation, operational planning, leading the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of initiatives against our Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs). The ideal candidate will be organised and possess strong analytic decision-making, strategy, project management and leadership skills to ensure strategic alignment with E2 Investments' goals.

Objectives of Role
Strategic Planning
Review and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry competition and sectorial insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals and initiatives.
Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
Performance management
Oversee the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Lead the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of initiatives against the BHAGs and performance scorecard.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the board.
Leadership, Collaboration Organisational Development
Enhance organisational structures and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of initiatives against the BHAGs and performance scorecard.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the board.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives .
Work on Allan & Gill Gray Group of Philanthropies projects as the technical implementation partner.

Experience and Qualifications
Honours degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field ; an advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving results.
