Job Description

A Lead Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) aligns talent acquisition with business goals by partnering with senior leaders to develop strategic hiring plans, manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, and analyze talent metrics. They act as consultants on market trends, improve candidate experience, and optimize hiring processes. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning:

Collaborating with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs, build pipelines, and create tailored sourcing strategies.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Managing the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for key positions.

Consulting & Coaching:

Advising leadership on market trends, compensation, and interview techniques.

Data & Metrics:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, retention rates, and budget to drive efficiency.

Employer Brand & Process:

Improving hiring processes and boosting the employer brand to attract top talent.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From R300,00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Education:

Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:

Managing the hiring process and Full-cycle recruitment: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:

HR / Industrial Psychology qualification (Required)
Work Location: Remote
