Requirements:

B Eng Mechatronics/B Tech Mechatronics
PTC Creo and Windchill advantageous.
Syspro advantageous.
Microsoft Visio advantageous.
Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Programming and changing of FW Murphy controller and system advantageous.
J1939 can bus protocol.
Familiar with battery electrical mobile systems.
3 - 5 years experience in Mechatronics Design experience.
Experience in Mining Industry equipment advantageous.
Project management experience.
Generation of 3-D CAD models
Low voltage 24 V electrical and electronic integration with mechanical systems
Design control of hydraulic hose routing and electrical loom design.
Familiar with mechanical structural design and welding processes.
Familiar with machine and mobile hydraulic systems and processes.
Not be claustrophobic.

KPAs:

Generate new and update existing engineering drawings in the form of free hand sketches, hand drawn and CAD system models.
Complete the documentation and maintain the configuration control of documents and drawings as prescribed in the company standards.
Calculate cost effects of modifications and design detail changes.
Perform engineering design calculations of systems, structures and components.
Investigate the causes of engineering problems and generate report.
Analyse and interpret engineering test data.
Plan and control engineering projects.
