Job Summary: As a Lead Nurturer, you will be responsible for generating new business through telephonic marketing strategies and implementing CRM initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment that offers no limitations in the dynamic field of Real Estate. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage new business opportunities through telephonic marketing - Implement CRM initiatives and maintain relationships with clients through telephone, email, and mobile communication - Updating and maintaining the CRM - Manage and develop existing client accounts - Meet and exceed targets and objectives - Provide outstanding customer service to clients - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals - Attend training sessions and meetings as required - Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: - Passionate about sales and building relationships with clients - Professional and goal-oriented - Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic - Fluent and strong command of the English language - Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, or Google Suite - Previous sales experience would be advantageous - Must own a Mac/Laptop and reliable transportation - Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm - Office based - Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Cape Town, Western Cape Remuneration: - Remuneration between R12,000.00 and R14,000.00 depending on experience We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team.
