Position : Lead management & Data Support
Working Schedule : 8am-5pm GMT (London)
Salary Range :$1700-$1800 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Lead Management & Data Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Management & Data Support to oversee and optimize our lead management processes and ensure the integrity of our customer and prospect data. This role is critical in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless flow of qualified leads and providing the necessary data support for effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, data management best practices, and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Process Optimization

  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from lead capture to qualification and assignment to the sales team.
  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for lead routing, scoring, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns are properly integrated and data is captured accurately.
  • Work with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Monitor lead management KPIs (e.g., lead conversion rates, lead response time) and report on performance.
List Building
  • Build prospect lists based on provided criteria (industry, role, geography, etc.).
  • Include LinkedIn URLs and verified email addresses.
  • Follow a provided briefing form to ensure relevance and consistency.
Data Management & Integrity
  • Own the quality and integrity of lead and contact data within the CRM.
  • Implement and manage data cleansing initiatives, including deduplication, standardization, and enrichment.
  • Tidy up and enrich existing contact lists (e.g., missing job titles, company info, LinkedIn URLs).
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and best practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
System Administration & Support
  • Act as a key administrator for the lead management aspects of our CRM and other relevant tools.
  • Provide support and training to end-users (sales, marketing) on lead management processes and system usage.
  • Monitor outreach inboxes to spot replies, bouncebacks, and auto-responses.
  • In some cases, manage responses to messages or set reminders/tasks for our team to follow up.
  • Monitor campaign performance to flag bounces, unsubscribes, or incorrect data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lead flow, data, and system functionality.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports on lead performance, data quality, and team productivity.
  • Provide insights to marketing and sales leadership to help them make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze trends in lead data to identify opportunities for optimizing lead generation and sales cycles.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a lead management, sales operations, marketing operations, or data-focused role.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience with CRM systems is a must. Preferred experience includes Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent understanding of data management principles and best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with the following tools is strongly preferred:
  • AI and Automation: ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com
  • Email & Marketing: Brevo, Mailchimp, Outfunnel
  • Sales Engagement & Enrichment: Surfe, Lemlist
  • Project Management: Monday.com
  • Communication: Slack, Teams
  • Other: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools or native CRM reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and use our briefing templates.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and "get things done" attitude.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
