Job Description
Lead Industrial or Mechanical Simulation Engineer is required at an international automotive design company in Cape Town. BEng or Masters (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering). 10-15 years of working experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.

Minimum experience and qualifications required:
- BEng or Masters (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering).
- 10-15 years of working experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using simulation software (Simo/Arena/FlexSim etc)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics and lean manufacturing principles.
- Data analysis and statistical methods.
- Willing to travel overseas.
- Lead design, development and validation of complex simulation models for automotive production lines.
- Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of production data
