The role involves connecting with potential clients through cold calling and initiating conversations that could lead to new business opportunities. Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with professionalism and a persuasive communication style.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their property needs and requirements.
• Showcase the benefits of working with Just Property Prosper and how our services can meet their real estate goals.
• Accurately gather and record prospect information and details in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with our estate agents to align on client preferences and set up appointments.
• Set up appointments between prospective clients and estate agents, ensuring the schedule is efficient and well-organized.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about our property listings, market trends, and services.
• Strive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Continuously update and improve your cold calling techniques based on feedback and training.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
• Uphold the values and reputation of Just Property Prosper in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adept at building rapport and fostering positive relationships over the phone.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
