The lead generator must have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly establish rapport with potential clients over the phone. It is important to be knowledgeable about the product or service being offered, as well as the industry and market trends. Persistence and resilience are also essential qualities for success in this role, as rejection is expected in the field of cold calling.

We are all at work to earn money, when we hit our targets, you will earn a commission.
