Join The Legends Agency, a high-impact Employer of Record company expanding our footprint across the UK market. We''re looking for a BDR to call UK companies and book appointments for our BDMs.
What You''ll Do:
- Dial 80+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
- Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
- Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)
- 2+ year of proven outbound sales experience
- Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
- Fluent, professional English.
- Experience working on a CRM.
- Able to work in UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
- A tertiary qualification
- Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
- Uncapped commission: get rewarded for every closed opportunity
- Full onboarding, training, and support from an experienced leadership team
- Work from our upmarket office in Cape Town Central, with breakfast and fruit available daily
- Free transport to and from the office
