Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Use various tools and platforms to research and identify potential customers.



Develop strategies to create a consistent pipeline of new leads through online research, networking, social media,and marketing campaigns.



Assess the quality of leads based on specific criteria (e.g., budget, need, timeline) to ensure they align with thebusiness goals.



Regularly update and manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.



Reach out to potential leads via phone or email to introduce products or services and engage in initialconversations.



Build relationships with leads by providing valuable information, answering questions, and maintaining regularfollow-ups.



Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide all necessary information for closingdeals.



Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, including lead volume, conversion rates, and insights intoareas for improvement.



REQUIREMENTS



QUALIFICATION



Grade 12



EXPERIENCE



Prior experience in cold calling or tele sales is highly valuable.



SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE



Computer literate



Between 1 - 3 Years
