Job Description
Lead Electrical Engineer Designer
Location: Pretoria-West Pretoria
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in electrical design
- EPC background (Engineering Procurement Construction)
- PR (Professional Registration) required
- Proven experience as lead designer on structures
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Lead and mentor electrical design team
- Oversee full design process and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with other engineering and construction teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all electrical designs
- Industrial and commercial buildings
- Data centres
- Infrastructure projects
- Renewable energy facilities
