CRM operations, lead distribution, and data management

You will be responsible for managing the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless follow-ups by agents, maintaining data quality, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
:
-- Manage and oversee
the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system
(follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates).
-- Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times.
-- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
-- Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant.
-- Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system.
-- Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
-- Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team.
Requirements
-- Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on UAE market.
-- Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes.
-- Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix.
-- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment.
-- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-- Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management.
