Job Description

Role:

The Lead Auditor will conduct

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

internal audits against ISO 22301:2019, ensuring alignment with organizational resilience and continuity planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ISO 22301:2019 internal audits across departments. Evaluate BCMS effectiveness, risk assessments, and continuity strategies. Draft detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. Conduct debriefing sessions and guide corrective action implementation. Ensure compliance for upcoming re-certification audits.

Minimum Requirements:

ISO 22301:2019

Lead Auditor certification

(recognized accreditation body). At least

4 years of BCMS auditing experience

. Strong background in risk, resilience, and crisis management. Proven experience in public or private sector ISO 22301 audits.
