Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the development of annual training plans and effectively implement them throughout the organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with managers across the hotel.
  • Deliver training sessions using various methods, including on-the-job, face-to-face, and online platforms.
  • Create and enhance training materials to enhance service delivery in all operational areas of the hotel.
  • Evaluate and assess learners to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
  • Previous experience as a facilitator/trainer.
  • Familiarity with South African Skills Development Legislation is advantageous.
  • Preferably holds an Assessor or similar qualification.

  • Strong planning skills to organize and execute training programs effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving desired outcomes.
