Responsible for all administrative related functions and to provide support to Sales Logistics - and Depot Management.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all administrative related functions
Invoicing
Provide assistance to the sales admin staff
Assist with tracking and monitoring of COD payments
Assist with sales related queries and opportunities advertised and promoted on social media
Assist customers with queries, provide support and resolve issues related to sales and orders
Assist with the management of COA queries
Perform administrative tasks relating to stock taking and stock control
Compiling reports
Maintain and update sales records, customer information and order details
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Qualification in administration, sales or marketing would be an advantage
Min 2-3 years relevant experience
Knowledge and experience of SYSPRO and SAGE will be an added advantage
Medically fit
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Customer service orientated
