Job Description
A Molecular Diagnostics Company in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a suitably qualified molecular diagnostics scientist/technologist for their laboratory.
Requirements:
Strong background in molecular biology.
HPCSA registration (essential) (Medical Technologist/Medical Biological Scientist; Molecular Biology/Virology/Microbiology).
Expertise in the molecular diagnosis of viral and bacterial pathogens.
Experience in bioinformatics, nucleic acid sequencing and DNA profiling will be an advantage.
