Job Description
Job Summary The Lab Manager will lead and manage all laboratory operations within the R&D and QC functions, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This is a strategic and technical leadership role that drives innovation in digital ink development while maintaining rigorous quality standards across all products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all lab processes for ink formulation, testing, and analysis.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained, calibrated, and optimized for performance.
- Lead the deployment and operation of Albert Invent
- Ensure seamless integration of AI-driven systems with lab operations.
- Maintain accurate lab records for traceability and audit readiness.
- Monitor lab efficiency and drive continuous improvement in tools and workflows.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and safety.
- Deliver training on new technologies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and regulatory changes.
- MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
- 10 years in lab management.
- Strong LIMS proficiency.
- Experience integrating lab data with AI systems is a bonus.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of lab protocols, safety, and quality systems.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and troubleshooting ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to AI/ML platforms is an advantage
