The ideal candidate should:

• Have their own reliable vehicle and a valid driversxe2x80x99 license
• Be knowledgeable, well presented and punctual
• Have proven IT background and experience with Desktop Support and Networking Environments
• Have a good command of the English language and be comfortable/confident on the phone, via email and in person
• Have good time management skills
• Have good time communication skills
• Be good at problem solving
• Be willing to travel around Johannesburg to call on clients (in own reliable vehicle)

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an advantage
• Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+ (Current)
• Level 1 and Level 2 IT Technical Support
• 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Desktop Support and Networking Environments.
• Any other telephony experience, gateways, UNIFI AP, Firewalls
• Networking Experience
• Antivirus and Malware Software
• Full understanding of Email and Exchange Office 365 Tenants and Admin Center
• Good grasp on Cloud Computing and Cloud Computing Environments as well as an understanding of machine virtualization
• Computer Assembly & Repair
• Software Installation and Support
• Strong customer-service orientation
