Senior Accountant JB5786
Tzaneen, Limpopo
Permanent
R38 000 – R40 000 CTC per month
 
Minimum Requirements
BCom Accounting degree with completed Articles
5–10 years’ relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with management accounts and financial reporting
Knowledge of statutory returns (Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF, Workman’s Compensation)
Proven cash flow management experience
Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and email
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly group management accounts and financial reports
Compile operational and analytical reports across regions
Consolidate annual budgets and manage budget inputs
Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Monitor and manage daily cash flow
Prepare and submit statutory returns
Implement and monitor accounting controls
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Manage and mentor finance staff
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation
