Debtors Team Leader (JB2822)
Randburg, Johannesburg

To provide leadership to Debtors and accounts clerks and to ensure that the function operates efficiently, effectively and within legislative guidelines
Educational Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
2 years working experience within a management/supervisory role
5 years working experience in debtors and finance
MS office proficient
Strong debt collecting skills
Experience in dealing with creditors
Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide leadership and direction to debtors and accounts clerks
Manage performance and development of staff
Achieved the agreed target collections
Accurately and timeous processing of recons
Ensuring zero instances of policy violations
Administration supervision
Responsible for accounting systems, cash office, invoicing
Maximize collections, monthly recons
Daily banking and processing of journals
Receipting, invoicing and banking
Staff supervision
