Kitchen Stock Controller - The Great White House Restaurant (Gansbaai)

The Great White House is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Kitchen Stock Controller

to manage food, packaging, and chemical stock for our kitchen operations.

Key duties include:

Receiving and controlling kitchen stock Ordering and stock rotation (FIFO) Cost control and stock counts Managing packaging, disposables, and cleaning chemicals Basic administration and reporting

Requirements:

2-3 years' stock control experience (hospitality preferred) Good numerical and organisational skills Computer literate (Excel and stock systems) Honest, proactive, and able to work independently Willing to work weekends/public holidays Reside in Gansbaai
