We are seeking a detail-driven Assistant Kitchen Manager / Stock Controller to support the daily operational control of our kitchen at Noordhoek Manor, located just over Ou Kaapse Weg, minutes from Blue Route Mall.
This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives on stock accuracy, compliance, and structure, and who enjoys working closely with Chefs to ensure smooth, well-controlled kitchen operations.
