Main purpose of role: Managing the runningxe2x80x99s of the kichten. Training of new kitchen staff Assist in leading a team of staff and managing them correctly. Key responsibilities and scope of role: Should have at least 5 years experience as pass manager/ senior griller Rostering staff to ensure labour cost budget is met. Must be able to control a kitchen in high pressure Eye for detail and presentation of the food. General efficient running of the kitchen. Key behavioural skills: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships as well as good communication skills Excellent time management with the ability to flex to changes in demands and priority Innovative, intuitive and persevere to get the right outcome Clear communicator who acts with focus and care Collaborative, learn from experience and adapt. Outgoing, friendly and positive outlook on each day Ability to remain calm and work under high pressure Qualifications and experience: National diploma in professional cookery or similar desirable but not essential. 5 or more experience in a similar role Knowledge and skills: Competent in the use of POS systems. Competent is Microsoft office, particularly excel.
