We are looking for a highly experienced person between the age of 40-55 years who is incredibly competent and be able to manage Front of House and the Kitchen:
- Must have the relevant
- Must be able to train staff
- Must have retail experience
- Product knowledge regarding the preparation of fast foods
- Waste Management Strategies
- Excellent Customer Service - Fully bilingual
- Knowledgeable of food safety and food hygiene protocols
- Must have sober habits
- Recipe compilation knowledge
- Marketing experience
- Compliance Knowledge
