The Wild team is looking for a positive, committed, proactive and energetic individual to work in our food truck kitchen starting
January 5th 2026
. This is dynamic role that requires food preparation in a fast paced environment, managing Uber Eats orders and working closely with the team.
This role is within a small team so a friendly attitude is a must.
The right candidate will be offered a full-time position after a probation period.
The position is in Cape Town, City Centre. MUST LIVE IN THE AREA OR CLOSE BY.
Duties:
Preparation of food.
Perform all positions within the kitchen as needed.
Clean kitchen areas including equipment and dishes
Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Running food to tables, clearing and cleaning tables
Friendly interaction with customers.
Basic requirements:
- Hospitality Experience (AT LEAST 2 YEARS kitchen experience with CONTACTABLE REFERENCES)
- Fluent in English
- Work Visa (if a foreign national)
- A team player with a passion for food and people
- Work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Friendly, tidy, helpful, reliable
- Good communication skills with team members and customers.
- A teachable spirit and a willingness to learn and grow.
