Key Accounts Manager
- Minimum 5 Years' AIRLINE experience in Sales & Marketing
- PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel
- b2b Space experience
- Responsible for Managing and Nurturing relationships with key clients.
- Attend Industry related Shows/Function/Seminars/Exchibitions
Identifying growth opportunities,
Resolving customer concerns,
Achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales and Marketing, with proven experience in account management and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
