The Key Account Sales Lead is responsible for maximising revenue growth across our existing customer base. This role is primarily focused on farming established accounts, driving upsell opportunities, and expanding product adoption within portfolios. The individual will serve as a trusted partner to customers, aligning our solutions with their long-term needs while ensuring contract security through commercial strategies.
The candidate will engage with our existing Client Success team to identify revenue growth opportunities through the identification of solution gaps
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in account management, key account sales, or customer success with a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, negotiation, and revenue growth strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Ability to analyse account data, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools to track account performance.
Results-driven, strategic thinker, customer-centric, collaborative, and able to work across multiple teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to grow Average Revenue per User (ARPU) across assigned accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing additional products and services to strengthen account portfolios.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Partner with internal teams (product, operations, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.
Proactively manage contract renewals and strengthen commercial terms to secure long-term agreements.
Track account performance against agreed metrics, ensuring revenue growth targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare regular reporting on account performance, revenue expansion, and pipeline development.
