Are you fluent in feathers and feed, and know your broilers from your breeders? Our client, a clucking impressive multinational leader in animal health is searching for a Key Account Manager to join their coop of professionals in the Poultry Industry. This isn't just another sales gig, it's a chance to hatch long-term value, build global partnerships and deliver cutting-edge animal health solutions to top-tier clients!
What you'll be doing (besides ruling the roost):
- Managing key national and international poultry clients
- Developing sales strategies that actually take flight
- Analysing market trends and pecking out opportunities
- Providing technical consultation and solutions to stakeholders
- Visiting client sites across SA and abroad (travel lovers, this one's for you!)
- Presenting to senior decision-makers with confidence
- Negotiating like a pro
- BSc in Animal Science, Veterinary Science or related field (we love a Vet!)
- Proven experience in key account or technical sales in the poultry space
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A passion for animal health and client success
- The flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
