VACANCY KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
An opportunity exists at one of our esteemed clients, a leading national news house, in Industria West, Roodepoort for a Key Account manager. The suitable candidate will be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team, and be responsible for managing big name clients in the retail, banking, education and government sectors amongst others.
Main Responsibilities
- Grow the print advertising revenue.
- Analyse and identify business solutions for the newspaper and sell it to relevant advertisers.
- Service and maintain good customer relationships with client direct and advertising agencies.
- Create tailored solutions, which meet the clients advertising objectives.
- Identify and actively target new business.
- Minimum 4 years print advertising/media sales experience on advertising agency level and client direct level.
- Market knowledge and insights.
- Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships with direct clients.
- Sales or marketing diploma (IMM/AAA) an advantage.
- Previous experience within the media industry.
- Must be an absolute go-getter
- Highly goal oriented and target driven
- Innovative and strategic thinker
- Matric qualification a must
- Valid drivers license a must
- Own transport essential
- Own cell phone
