Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Key Account Manager

to oversee and grow relationships with key corporate clients. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand client business needs and travel requirements to deliver tailored solutions. Drive client retention and revenue growth by offering value-added services and insights. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with clients. Monitor account performance, prepare business reviews, and report on key metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the travel industry or corporate travel sector. Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage. Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
