Were looking for an Ads Manager (PPC & Meta) to take full ownership of our ad strategy across multiple brands - from real estate to software and hard money lending. Youll be stepping into a high-responsibility role where your skills will directly impact lead generation, ad performance, and business growth. In this role, you will:
xf0x9fx93x8a Take over and manage Google PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
xf0x9fx93xb1 Launch and scale Meta ads with a focus on quality lead generation
Develop and run LinkedIn ads for professional targeting
xf0x9fxa7xa0 Collaborate with founders to test new ad sets for emerging business units
xf0x9fx93x88 Track ROI, analyze performance, and make daily optimizations
xf0x9fx97xa3xefxb8x8f Provide daily updates and flag issues early with solutions, not problems
xf0x9fxa7xaa Work with external mentors to level up campaign performance and strategy
Working Hours xe2x8fxb0: Core working hours of 12pm-8pm CET (overlapping with US Central Time (Minnesota) until 1pm CST)
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
xe2x9cx85 5+ years of experience managing PPC and Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation
xe2x9cx85 Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, tracking, and ROI analysis
xe2x9cx85 Ability to manage ad spend across multiple business units and platforms
xe2x9cx85 Comfortable with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
xe2x9cx85 Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach
xe2x9cx85 Confident with ad tools, dashboards, and performance reports
