Job Opportunity - Junior Sales Team Manager Required in Umhlanga office.
An opportunity exists in a vibrant sales environment for a passionate and driven individual.
This individual will be responsible for the effective management of a Sales team,
Create Targets and Goals or your team(driving sales to achieve the target) Recruitment planning and interviews Dialer time management Train and Manage call center staff Scheduling / Administration Handle customer inquiries and correspondence Complete a range of Administrative and Management tasks Adhoc duties
Requirements:
Matric (NQF Level 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 1-2 years experience in a sales environment including administrative duties Traceable References Own Reliable transport
Working Hours : 08h:00-17h:00 Monday to Friday.
