We are looking to recruit a Junior Student Advisor (Sales) to manage data base of leads, engage in high volume of dialling and generate applications and registrations.
The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Experience:
Call Centre experience is required.
At least 1 year sales experience is required.
Customer relationship, and/or Higher education exposure and experience will be advantageous.
Other requirements:
Able to work weekends (Saturdays)
Execute pre-determined presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and facilitate lead generation activities which include but is not limited to: School presentations (class and grade), events and exhibitions.
Engage prospects and match qualification to the potential student's interest.
Data entry and maintenance of database and pipelines
Follow up on leads with the aim of driving applications and enrolments.
Timeous engagement with students on various platforms: Phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
Maintain records of telephonic interactions, log activities and update sales stats
Achieving sales target, minimum registrations and various KPIs
Setting appointments and engaging in consultations, campus tours and similar
Accountabilities Include:
Volumes - Calls, appointments and school bookings
School, exhibition and career fair attendances and presentations
Conversion rate - applications and enrolments
Timeous, quality, accuracy and completeness of information
Duration and outcomes (of various interactions across various platforms)
