Junior Spa Therapist Full Time, (6 Month Position)
Job Description
As a Junior Spa Therapist you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Confident working with male clients is a must specifically waxing including intimate.
1.Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, assess their needs, and recommend suitable treatments.
2.Aesthetic Treatments: Perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Body massages and treatments,Manicure,Pedicure,Male Body Grooming like Intimate Waxing and Clippering.
But not limited to laser skin rejuvenation and microneedling, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Experienced in Lamelle, Mesoestetics,IS Clinical would be an advantage.
3.Treatment Plans: Develop personalised treatment plans for clients, ensuring that their individual goals and expectations are met.
4.Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest industry techniques, products,
technology to deliver the most effective and safe treatments.
5. Client Education: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected results.
6. Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their journey.
7. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details, progress, and client information.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including other therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care
Requirements
Proven experience in a spa or med spa environment with a focus on customer service.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the spa industry.
Familiarity with various spa treatments such as hair threading, straight razor techniques, and body waxing.
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in cosmetology or relevant certifications is highly desirable.
