Our client, a luxury spa in Stellenbosch, South Africa is recruiting a Spa Therapist on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. This role combines hands-on spa treatments with excellent guest service.
Description
The Spa Therapist will deliver a variety of body and facial treatments, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other aesthetic services in a refined spa setting. You will ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, maintain treatment room hygiene and equipment, promote spa products and additional services, and assist with keeping treatment displays clean and appealing.
You must follow all health and safety and hygiene regulations, manage guest files, respond to guest queries, and stay up to date with wellness trends. A "get it done" attitude, excellent grooming, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this six-month temporary role.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 plus recognised qualification in beauty / spa therapy (e.g. ITEC, CIDESCO, etc.)
• 2-3 years' spa therapist experience delivering body/facial treatments, mani/pedi, etc.
• Fluent English, well-presented, trustworthy, with excellent guest-focused communication
• Ability to work under pressure
