This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional to develop under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in a world-class kitchen. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations ? Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen ? Support the team in maintaining consistent standards, presentation, and flavour ? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations ? Assist with stock management, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients ? Train and support junior kitchen staff where appropriate ? Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal specials ? Requirements: ? Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen ? Strong culinary skills and a passion for learning and professional development ? Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards ? Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations ? Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude ? Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
