? Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations

? Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen

? Support the team in maintaining consistent standards, presentation, and flavour
/p

? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
/p
p
? Assist with stock management, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients
/p
p
? Train and support junior kitchen staff where appropriate
/p
p
? Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal specials
/p
p
? Requirements:

? Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen
/p

? Strong culinary skills and a passion for learning and professional development
/p

? Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards

? Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations
