Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, preferably in a fine dining or luxury lodge/hotel environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence and innovation.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team player with leadership potential and strong communication skills.
