Our client base is increasing and ranges from small bookkeeping companies to multinational fast-food companies. We have grown by 200% in the past year and our goal this year is to grow by another 200%, but in a sustainable and scalable manner. Our plan for scalable growth is to acquire new customers around our core offerings (e.g. Monday.com implementation) and retain existing clients by expanding the suite of SAAS products we roll out. About You and the Role: In order to achieve our goals of sustainable and scalable growth, we are looking for an intelligent and honourable person to join our Delivery Team with the primary focus of designing practical solutions for our clientsxe2x80x99 process automation and system integration problems. This role will report directly to the Founder and CEO and will include developing/innovating system designs, providing instructions to our clients to use systems optimally and collaborating with the Delivery Team to implement client solutions. The main purpose of this job is to design and develop solutions to complex system, integration and process problems. If youxe2x80x99re a person that truly values efficient and innovative software, gets a kick out of solving complex technical problems, is comfortable building rapport with clients, takes ownership of the solutions you design, is able to hold their own with business owners and is craving the opportunity and challenge to own the design and development of solutions from end-to-end, then this is the role for you. Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client, Business Analysts, Developers, CEO and other Solutions Architects to understand specific system requirements, select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components
• Design and develop solutions/architecture to system, process and integration problems using Monday.com, Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, Integromat/Make, Zapier and Google Suite
• Provide technical guidance or support for the development, implementation or troubleshooting of systems
• Create and deliver instructions for system and solution adoption in live, written and/or video-recording formats
• Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organisational impact of additional work to meet client needs and communicate these with the CEO and/or Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• BCom in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Proven knowledge (e.g. certification) of Javascript, Python, SQL and GIT
• 2+ years work experience in a structured development team in a medium to large-sized business
• 2+ years experience in developing back-end code that gets pushed to production
• The following competencies:

• Preference for balancing practical and theoretical approaches to problem-solving
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Interest in establishing rapport with colleagues and clients
