1. Provide software support to users telephonically and via email - Answer, resolve, and log inbound customer calls, identify issues, and provide suggestions and resolutions.
2. Investigate and analyse issues to determine the cause of issues and appropriate corrective action.
3. Ordering of Computer Hardware/Software from vendors
4. Installation & setup of Computer Hardware/Software for clients
5. Provide onsite support when necessary to clients
Requirements:
1. This is a 6 month internship position and successful candidates will be offered a permanent position thereafter
