Junior Retail Store Manager - Worcester, Western Cape - Market Related
We are recruiting a driven Junior Retail Manager in the Agricultural sector to support the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail professional ready to step into a leadership role and grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with sales performance, staff supervision, stock control, and daily operations
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
- Contribute to merchandising, promotional displays, and digital retail initiatives
- NQF 5 Diploma
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong judgment and ability to handle complexity
- Achievement-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Self-aware leader who can motivate and collaborate with diverse teams
