Junior Restaurant Manager

to join our team and help lead

Skyfall

, our premium fine dining restaurant, stylish bar, and exclusive wine cellar.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of Skyfall, the Bar Lounge, and Wine Cellar. Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure memorable guest experiences. Support with staff training, mentoring, and scheduling. Assist in stock control, ordering, and cost management. Uphold brand standards and ensure all health, safety, and hygiene requirements are met. Act as a point of contact for guests, resolving queries or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or junior management role in an upscale or fine dining environment. Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10000,00 - R12000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
