Job Summary A vacancy for the position of Junior Restaurant Manager has opened up at an established cafe / restaurant located in Fourways. Candidates with a minimum of two year's experience in restaurant management will be considered. The ideal candidate will be capable of aiding the General Manager in overseeing the entire restaurant, including both front and back of house operations. Proficiency in staff management would be advantageous. Strong customer relations skills are of paramount importance. Applicants must possess expertise in stock control and be able to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate must be ambitious and possess a keen desire to learn. Must be well-spoken.
