Job Description
Small Busy Restaurant based in Franschoek is looking for a Junior Manager to join the Team. Requirements:
- English and Afrikaans is a must
- Minimum 3-5years Restaurant Experience
- Knowledge of Food and Alcohol
- Good Track record and contactable references
- POS Experience
- Hospitality hours, weekends and Public holidays
- Own reliable transport Immediate start available
- Live Locally
- Duties
- Running Restaurant ensuring everything is working and running smoothly.
- Coordinate FOH and BOH Stock Control and Ordering
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints and regularly review costs Estimate future needs of business and stock
