Junior Restaurant Manager - DurbanvilleKey performance areas Deliver high quality experience to guests and have them return on a regular basis Out of stock items Overall managerial and operational responsibility of the restaurant. Be able to coordinate events, functions & weddings Manage and lead the team Manage floor staff performance, People management and development (Staff training) Responsible for reducing customer complaint Responsible for customer service General office administration and ordering (Checking mails, doing daily check list, etc. Comply with regulations Conduct stock takes, daily and monthly Staff rostering Ability to work under pressure Problem solving ability to resolve issues as they ariseSkills and experienceThe minimum skills and experience required by the incumbent: Be restaurant fit and be able to work within a stressful environment, serve at least 100+ customers MINIMUM 1-3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a managerial position Minimum qualification matric/ certificate. A qualification in the hospitality industry would be advantageous Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Easipos & Protel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train team members.
